My approach is gentle and non-directive. I don’t try to “fix” or push energy into specific areas. Instead, I trust the natural intelligence of the body, the energy itself, and the deeper forces that move through life.
My role is simply to stay grounded, present, and open — allowing energy to move where it needs to.
Music is also a big part of how I work. Sound has always been a natural way for me to feel, process, and share energy. Whether through quiet sessions, conversation, or music and sound, the intention is always the same: to create a space where something deeper can settle, shift, or reconnect.

Distance healing works through intention, presence, and energetic connection rather than physical proximity. During a session, I visualise and hold a clear, respectful connection with the client, allowing the work to unfold without force or expectation.
This type of work isn’t limited by physical location or clock time in the way we normally experience it. Clients can choose a session time that feels right for them, and the healing is set with the intention of being received at that time. This means the energetic work may be prepared earlier, while still aligning with the agreed moment from the client’s perspective.
From the client’s point of view, the session still corresponds with the scheduled time, whether they are resting, asleep, or simply going about their day. This approach allows the work to remain flexible while honouring the client’s readiness and preferred timing.

Each session unfolds in several gentle phases:
Intuitive Scan
I begin with a quiet scan of the energy field, sensing for areas of disruption, resistance, or imbalance. This information is not used to direct energy, but may be shared as reflective insight if appropriate.Chakra Clearing
I then move through the chakra system, allowing each energy centre to clear and recalibrate naturally, without forcing change.Main Healing Phase
This is the core of the session — a receptive, open space where energy is allowed to flow freely and intelligently, guided by what is ready to surface.Closing, Grounding & Protection
The session is gently closed with grounding and protective techniques to support integration and stability afterward.

People experience this work in many different ways — physically, emotionally, mentally, or simply as a shift in how they feel within themselves.
Some people notice a sense of relaxation or relief from everyday tension and nervous system stress. Others experience emotional release, clarity, or new insight into patterns they may have been carrying for a long time.
Music and sound can also play a role. Certain tones, rhythms, or frequencies can influence mood and awareness, sometimes bringing calm, reflection, or unexpected moments of insight.
Often the changes are subtle rather than dramatic — a feeling of settling, reconnecting, or seeing something from a different perspective.
There is no expectation placed on how this should happen. Each session, or experience with the music, simply meets people where they are.

Everyone experiences this work differently.
Some people notice physical sensations such as warmth, tingling, gentle pulsing, or a sense of energy moving through the body. Others feel deeply relaxed, calm, heavy, or sleepy — and some people naturally drift into sleep during a session or while listening.
Emotional or mental experiences can also arise. People sometimes describe a sense of peace, clarity, unexpected insights, imagery, or subtle shifts in awareness. Music and sound can also influence mood, helping the mind settle or opening space for reflection.
Some experiences feel quite noticeable, while others are quiet and grounding. Occasionally people feel very little at the time, which is also completely normal.
There is no “right” way to experience it. The body and nervous system respond in their own way, at their own pace.
Because sessions or sound experiences can be deeply relaxing, it can help to allow some time afterward to rest and integrate before returning to busy activity.

No belief is required. The work is simply about creating a calm and supportive space for the body and nervous system to settle.
-
No. The work shared here — including energy sessions, music, and sound-based experiences — is offered as a complementary, supportive practice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological care.
If you are experiencing physical or mental health concerns, it’s always important to seek guidance from qualified medical professionals.
My work focuses on creating space for awareness, balance, and reflection. Whether through sessions, music, or guided experiences, the intention is simply to support a person’s own capacity for settling, reconnecting, and self-understanding.
-
The intention behind my work is to offer genuine support — not explanation, diagnosis, or blame.
At the core of this is a deep sense of empathy. I’ve always felt a strong connection to people, animals, and nature, and an awareness of how sensitive and complex life can be beneath the surface. That awareness naturally shapes how I show up — with care, respect, and without judgment.
I don’t see illness, imbalance, or struggle as a personal failure or something that must be corrected. Life experiences, including physical or emotional challenges, can arise for many reasons and are often part of a person’s unique journey.
My role is not to interfere with that journey, but to offer a calm, grounded space where the body, mind, and energy system can settle and reconnect.
Music and sound are also a natural part of how I work. Throughout my life, the guitar and creative expression have been ways for me to process and share energy. Whether through quiet sessions, music, or guided experiences, the intention remains the same — to create a space where something within can soften, rebalance, or find clarity.

Music has always been a natural part of my life. Long before I explored energy work, I noticed how powerful music could be in shifting mood, focus, and emotional state.
There’s growing scientific understanding behind this. Music can influence the nervous system, breathing, and brain activity, often helping people move from a stressed or busy state into something calmer and more reflective. Certain rhythms and tones can also affect how we process emotion and memory.
For me, music is another way of working with energy. Sometimes it’s simply about creating space for people to relax, reflect, or reconnect with themselves. At other times, the music becomes a kind of emotional language — something that can reach places words don’t always touch.
Because of this, music naturally sits alongside the healing work I offer. Whether through listening, meditation, or creative expression, sound can be a powerful way of helping the body and mind settle and rebalance.
Many of the sound pieces and meditations I share are designed to help people slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
